The entrance of the A train is just next door.
The A train will take you to midtown in 20 minutes.
In addition, the 1 train is just 10 minutes away.
Supermarkets and restaurants are only 2 blocks away.
Utilities included.
I am looking for 1 (one) responsible roommate.
No smoking, drugs or drama.
The arrangement will be for 4-5 months max.
