Leasing Specialist Job Description A Leasing Specialist with Devon Management will be responsible for interviewing and processing potential files in accordance with LIHTC program.
The candidate we are seeking must be a "take-charge" and "make things happen" type of specialist with strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Tax Credit program Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening process and Tax Credit policies Organize, maintain and coordinate the data collection and process of applicant information Process verifications Update vacancy status daily and coordinate efficient interviews to allow for minimal vacancy loss Assist with maintaining the waitlist Ensure compliance with set-asides outlined in the regulatory agreement Respond timely to calls, emails and site visits Efficient and timely customer service attitude; be professional, pleasant and responsive to all prospects Attend company meetings and trainings when requested.
Qualifications 3 to 5 years in the Tax Credit industry Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to identify and resolve issues Superior attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally Must be proficient with computer skills and all Microsoft programs Yardi experience is a plus Exceptional organization skills Highly attentive to detail Ability to perform tasks in a time sensitive work environment Devon Management Team Member Benefits: Competitive Salary Annual reviews and bonuses 10 paid holidays PTO Excellent insurance options Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4:40pm License/Certification Drivers License Tax Credit Specialist Real Estate Salesperson (preferred)
