Part Time or Floating Super
Responsibilities include:
-communicating with management regarding tenant needs
- Must be honest, organized, experienced with NYC buildings, boilers, plumbing, electrical, mechanicals, small repairs & carpentry work
- Light maintenance / repairs as needed
- Reachable by tenants for issues
- Own a reliable vehicle is a must (or ability to have own mechanism of getting around to property, local hardware store etc)
- Preferable that individual is located within 15 to 20 minutes from property
- Background check, references required and insurance (if applicable)
- must be bilingual in spanish and english
