Growing Property Management company is searching for a diligent leasing manager to lead the leasing agents in rental of designated residential facilities located in NJ / NY.
Our ideal Candidate must have at least 5-7 years of Property Management experience, alongside being detail oriented and a tech savvy individual with strong organizational skills.
*Leasing Manager Responsibilities:*
• The Leasing Manager will work closely with the Property Manager and will primarily be responsible for the overall day-to-day lease up of the communities.
• The person in this position will be expected to accomplish the leasing goals set forth by the Property Manager and Senior management team, is responsible for assisting with maintaining the physical grounds, leasing office, amenity spaces, building exteriors, common areas, and parking lots.
• Manage the day-to-day reports regarding; signing of leases, property walks for move-ins and show-able units.
• Conduct pre-move out inspections of residents during the move-out process – explain lease agreement, policies and procedures
• Assist Property Manager in developing and implementing effective marketing goals to increase traffic and leads, and innovative strategies that build positive buzz and key connections with current residents and prospects.

• Must have strong organizational abilities, customer service skills, and an attention to detail.
• 5-7 years of experience in multifamily apartment communities / or complex’s
• Must be familiar with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to respond to on-call emergencies at the property.
