Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to property managers
- Assist with leasing, filing, legal, entering payments
- Answering phone and responding to emails
- Prepare and distribute contracts, leases, and other real estate documents
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Assist with client communication and follow-up, including responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Maintain organized files and records of transactions
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling office correspondence
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and file management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with other accounting software is a bonus
