MON-FRI NOON – 5PM Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities: ▪ Answer phones and greet visitors professionally ▪ Administrative support to the team/ managing calendars/ meetings/ travel arrangements ▪ Assist executives with correspondence, emails and preparing reports as needed ▪ Project coordination: tracking deadlines, updating project files ▪ Familiarity with Quickbooks/ Quicken/ online banking/ Yardi Property Mgt.
or similar software ▪ Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents ▪ Ability with Word & Excel to create spreadsheets, documents, and presentations ▪ Clerical tasks : data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents ▪ General office management incl.
