Sea Owl is a 1978 Catalina 22’ swing keel.
Currently the boat is owned by a trio of college students/sailing instructors.
We have owned the boat for two years and have taken significant measures to improve the boat over those years.
The boat is in considerably better condition than when we bought it.
We really do not want to sell it but have to for financial reasons.
This boat is ready to go in the water.
