Tecumseh 8hp Horizontal Shaft Engine Model # 143.
978001 This was on a Craftsman snowblower and runs great.
The drive system on the snowblower failed so I stripped it for parts.
The motor is sound and the associated parts are available : Gas tank, ignition coil, recoil starter, muffler, manifold, carburetor etc.
Horizontal shaft makes it ideal for another snowblower or a Go cart, or other machines.
