CLEANER/HELPER/ASSISTANT
$60-$200+ per day depending on your experience, what you can do, and the quality of your work, and hours.
I am looking for a cleaner for regular once a week cleaning.
It is for a small studio/one bedroom apt that is kept clean most days.
You will be responsible for the very basic cleaning, and 2 loads laundry.
This usually takes me 2 hours.
I am going to pay $60 for this.
This routine will always be the same.
I will not add things to it.
After done with this quick clean I have other projects I will like to do and I will pay hourly for this starting $18 per hour.
It could be deep cleaning pots, refrigerator, organizing clothes, planting flowers, windows, decorating, more laundry, cleaning outdoor furniture, etc.
Apartment is located close walk to the metro north train, I can also drive or help out with transportation if you don't have.
I am looking for a hardworking, honest person, I treat my employees well, there are more opportunities in other homes if this goes well.
