12/31: Sourdough Bread Baking Class in your home or mine (Riverdale)

Learn the art of Sourdough Bread Baking with Arnie Adler the Bread Baker of Riverdale Arnie will walk you through the 36 hour process of making a loaf of bread in just 2 hours.
This is a hands-on workshop that can take place at my kitchen in Riverdale, Bronx, NY Or at your home.
You will get to work with the dough and learn the process.
There will be printed handouts to help you bake at home and samples of the all important natural starter.
Each student will get their own container.
Arnie has been featured twice in the Riverdale Press.
He has been featured on WABC Eyewitness News interviewed by Riverdale own Naveen Dhaliwal and The Kelly Clarkson Show, which he is still not sure if it really happened.
