Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Inventory Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, managing inventory, and handling billing activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Inventory Department with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage and update inventory records regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish stock as needed.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments.
